How to
Recognise a Counterfeit Cheque Scheme
-
The
seller of a high-priced item receives a
request often from a foreign bidder (for
example, from Africa) to accept a
foreign cheque as payment or deposit for
the item.
-
The
foreign cheque amount far exceeds the
value of the seller's item.
-
Buyer
asks the seller to send the overpayment
amount via instant cash wire transfer
service (through Western Union or
Money-Gram).
- The
problem is that the Banker's Draft is
most likely fraudulent and it can often
take weeks or even months for the
seller's bank to know if a cheque is
real. Some cheques may appear to be from
a UK or Irish bank. However, upon closer
inspection, it includes foreign country
or city names.
- If
the cheque is fraudulent, the seller is
held responsible by banks.

from buyers for items where the buyer is
asking to be reimbursed for overpayment

Full Kit-
Wing, Harness, Reserve all
in a pack. Avasport Tangra Harness XL Harness has split
leg buckles that are good for tandem use. Reserve is
under seat mounted and the handle can be placed on
either side. It has padded support, large pockets, speed
system and steel carabiners. Reserve chute- sorry don t
know the size or make. It probably needs an inspection
and repack. I would assume it s a large chute to fit the
kit. I sat in this harness, it s really comfy. If it was
a little smaller I d keep it. 2000 Swing Arcus L DVH
1-2, it s really a DHV1 until you get on the speed bar.
Weight range is 95k-125k or 210lbs-275lbs. Excellent
condition, minimal hours, still crunchy. All the lines
are in good shape. No rips, tears or repairs on this
wing. It got lost in a closet and has finally been
found. I got it from a friend but I am too small for all
of this gear. It s meant for someone who is 5 11 + and
185+lbs. I actually own this same wing in a Med. It has
been great to fly. My Med. isn't in as good as condition
